PLANNING GUIDE

Help us understand the complete move

Identify the machine and quantity. Include make or model if known, dimensions, weight information and photos from more than one angle. Explain separate components and accessories.

Provide both locations. For transport, state the cities and states. For an internal move, explain the current and proposed positions and the route between them.

Photograph entrances, doorways, vehicle standing areas and overhead restrictions as well as the load. Describe level changes or entry requirements that need review.

Explain timing and required support. Distinguish preparation, loading, transport, unloading and placement. Identify the responsible team for specialist disconnections and commissioning.

Attach up to five photos or PDFs to our form. Send only documents needed to assess the job. If specifications are unavailable, say so clearly; our team can discuss the further assessment needed.
