The website form is an enquiry facility and does not create a paid booking or collect online payment. Charges and payment arrangements, if applicable, are set out in the quotation agreed for your job.
Changing or cancelling a requirement
Contact the team as soon as you need to change or cancel a confirmed requirement. Provide the quotation or booking reference, planned date, contact details and the requested change. Equipment availability and site arrangements may need to be reviewed.
Review of refund requests
Any request concerning a payment is reviewed against the agreed quotation, the stage of the work and the circumstances. This website does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or publish an unverified standard cancellation charge. Ask the team to explain any applicable amount and the basis for it.
Rescheduling
A different date or revised scope requires confirmation of availability and any agreed quotation changes. Sending a request alone does not confirm a replacement booking.
